All fitness classes Atlas offers are accessible to EVERYONE! There is no membership required to participate. In fact, we encourage you to “drop in” and experience a class that you may be hesitant about trying. Fitness Center Rentals are also available!
Take your fitness to a whole new level with this awesome strength building, fat burning, full body workout. Atlas Boot Camp is made for people of all fitness levels, providing beginner and advanced moves. The workout includes a variety of upper, lower, core, and cardio exercises using traditional weights and body weight to challenge you to your fullest potential.
Instructor Mike Turkin, a Muay Thai practitioner, leads this skills-intensive class for those interested in learning more about Muay Thai. The group setting allows for a deeper dive in to fundamentals that make up the “Art Of Eight Limbs” while learning more about the aspects that make Muay Thai an internationally respected martial art. No equipment is required to attend; wraps, gloves, shin guards, and pads are available.

You’ll forget you are working out with the sexy but simple moves to dance music. You may even find yourself doing the Cha Cha! Classes incorporate everything from Salsa, Reggae, Rumba and more! Best of all, you need no experience to come to this class!

Zumba® Toning is continued Latin dance moves with a cardio exercise routine, just with added light weight toning sticks. These maraca-like toning sticks enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the right target zones. They add dynamic resistive exercise to the usual fun filled Zumba® class.
